1. Pick-Up Time

The exhibition badges will be available for collection on May 18–19, 2025. Please make sure to collect your badge during this period to avoid any inconvenience that may affect your participation in the exhibition. If you are unable to collect your badge during the specified time due to special circumstances, please contact the Organizing Committee in advance to inquire about alternative arrangements.

2. Pick-Up Location

Location: Organizing Committee Office, left side of Hall 1, Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center (No. 198 Century City Road, High-Tech Zone, Chengdu, Sichuan Province)

08:00-18:00 May 19, 2025

To locate the pick-up area:

• Follow the directional signs: Clear signage will be placed throughout the venue to guide you to Hall 1. Then, look for signs pointing to the Organizing Committee Office on the left side.
• Ask the staff: If you have difficulty locating the area, feel free to ask on-site staff for directions.
  

3. Pick-Up Procedure

• Arrival: Arrive at the designated location during the specified time.
• Identity Verification: Present a valid ID (e.g., ID card, passport, or check-in QR code). Make sure the information matches your registration details.
• Information Confirmation: Staff will verify your registration information. Please check carefully and report any discrepancies.
• Badge Printing: After verification, your badge will be printed on-site. Please review your badge to ensure all details are correct.

4. Important Notes

• Pick up on time: Collect your badge on May 18–19, 2025, to avoid any delays.
• Bring valid ID: Without valid identification, you may not be able to collect your badge.
• Plan ahead: The venue is large and traffic may be heavy. Please plan your route and allow ample time.
• Keep your badge safe: Your badge is required for entry and access to exhibition benefits. Do not lend it to others. In case of loss, contact the Organizing Committee promptly.
