* If you need an invitation letter for the conference to apply for a visa, please fill in your passport number truthfully. After registration, you can download the invitation letter by yourself in "Personal Center".

If your chosen registration type requires document verification, carefully review the instructions and upload required documents. Scroll down to review registration/refund policies, then click the "Next" button at the bottom.

Double-check your registration type before payment—return to the previous step if corrections are needed. Select free conference activities as desired. Confirm all information is correct and click "Submit" to proceed.

The invoice is available for direct download on this page. The conference accepts the following two payment methods:

1. Online Payment: Click "Pay by Visa/Master/JCB Credit Card" → "Confirm Payment" to proceed to the payment gateway.

2. Bank Transfer: Click "Bank Transfer" to view account details. After transferring, please upload your payment proof. Payment status will update after financial verification.

Payment of the activities can be completed through the "Short Courses and Tours" section within your Personal Center. The payment process is the same as the registration fee procedure.

After payment, view your order details anytime under "My Orders" in your Personal Center. Download your Receipt directly from the order page.

Conference invitation letters are available for download under the "Invitation Letter" section. If you need Invitation Letter with digital signature and organizer's stamp or Invitation Letter of duly authorized unit with stamp, please submit more personal details in the "VISA Application" section. After verification, a customized letter will be created by our team and emailed to you.
